This notice covers enquiries sent through the AUTTARC Infrastructure assessment form.

AUTTARC Infrastructure is a commercial name. The person responsible for these enquiries is Arthur Gonlçalves Ferreira (individual), CNPJ: 68.735.988/0001-70. Privacy contact: contact@auttarc.cloud. The contracting party and qualified service providers will be identified in each future agreement.
Information collected
We collect the company, contact, business email, country and project details you choose to send. The form does not request personal documents, confidential contracts or sensitive financial information.
Purpose and access
We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond to you and organize possible commercial follow-up. Access is limited to authorized Aurora administrators using multi-factor authentication.
Sharing and email
If your request requires specialist input, we may discuss relevant project details with qualified partners as appropriate. Email delivery, when configured, uses the existing Aurora email provider. We do not publish lead details.
Storage and retention
Requests are stored in the Aurora database and kept while needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations. An administrator can review, correct or delete a lead following a verified data-subject request.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email contact@auttarc.cloud. We will verify the requester before disclosing or changing a record.
